At Desi & Dude, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

Items that are damaged due to use or not in original condition will not be eligible for return.

For quality reasons, certain items such as custom orders may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference and availability

We offer exchanges for size or defective items, subject to stock availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
